		<description>Actually, I believe that Parent PLUS loans are forgiven in the event of the death of either student or parent.

The real issue is the combination of college costs rising too much, and federal-loan amounts not meeting those needs, and the debate over the proper role of private lenders in education financing.

And it annoys me that Cullen doesn&#039;t get to any of that. He doesn&#039;t manage to make the article universal or explain how the case of one family&#039;s tragedy affects all of us.</description>
